Patient Resources

During your appointment, we will create a customized treatment plan for you that will address your specific needs. Your treatment plan will show each appointment needed, the treatment that will be addressed during that appointment and our fees as well as what we estimate our insurance to cover and your co-pay if there is one. Any co-pays are due at the time of your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns about scheduling or payments, please contact the front desk.

Dental Insurance

We accept most insurances plans and we participate with Delta Dental of Michigan – Delta Premiere and Healthy Kids, MetLife, and the CIGNA Dental Savings Program. By participating with specific insurances, we greatly decrease any out-of-pocket insurances that you may have.

CareCredit
